Government portal questions answered.
What CMS do you use for government portals?+
My primary CMS for government work is Umbraco — the enterprise .NET CMS widely used across the GCC and Europe for public-sector sites. I have also delivered portals on custom .NET Core CMS solutions. All deployments include content management training for non-technical government staff.
Do you support full bilingual Arabic-English with RTL layout?+
Yes. All five government portals I have delivered are fully bilingual EN/AR with proper RTL layout, Arabic typography, bidirectional content management in the CMS, and mirror navigation. This covers images, form layouts, tables, dynamic content components, and all interactive elements.
Can you deliver a portal under a tight government deadline?+
Yes — and I have. The MOFNE rebuild was handed to me mid-project with a non-negotiable ministerial deadline. I completed the remaining functionality, fixed what the previous developer left broken, and shipped on time in both languages. I am experienced with the reality of public-sector timelines.
Are you available for government portal work in Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC?+
Yes. My experience is primarily in Bahrain but I have delivered projects for Saudi clients (Almana Hospital, Dar Al Riyadh, Al Jomaih, Arabian Drilling) and I am available for government and corporate portal engagements across the entire GCC region, either remote or on-site.
